To further complement our workshops and benefit our customers CRS Technics has a specialist welding cell on site, with CAA licensed welder and ability to release on EASA Form 1 or Dual Release.
As such we CRS Technics are qualified to weld in:
- Stainless steel
- Titanium
- Alloys (i.e. Inconel)
The Welding Facility can assist with welding of:
- Ducts
- Pipes
- Fairings
- Tail Pipes / Exhausts
- Fire Wire Supports
- Brackets
We can also assist with weld repairs on otherwise high cost consumable items through Part 21J repairs on request and successful investigation and study.
As always, no Part 21j approved repairs or EPA/PMA parts would be fitted without prior authorisation from the customer, and any such repairs and/or parts would be used in conjunction with extended warranty terms.
With a wealth of experience, detailed reverse engineering ability, in-depth analysis and testing in partnership with an EASA Approved 21j Organisation, CRS Technics can repair out flaws and faults as part of an enhanced repair on the component and offer an extended warranty.
